Morwen was dark-haired and tall, and for the light of her glance and the beauty of her face men called her Eledhwen, the Elven-fair; but she was somewhat stern of mood and proud. Túrin was dark-haired as his mother, and promised to be like her in mood also; for he was not merry, and spoke little, though he learned to speak early and ever seemed older than his years.

I like the way you not only show the physical family resemblance, but the emotional one: they stand back to back, looking away from each other. They protect each other, but they do not look to each other for comfort. Very nicely done!

Exactly! Their relationship is very interesting to me, because it's full of love but not really affectionate, and yet it's perfect for them.
