Oh poor Elrond! That looks a bit traumatic, for him.

Elrond was the type of kid that didn't want to be treated like a kid. Of course, in retrospect, it's a fond memory, because it was one of the few times he saw Maglor smile like that (not that he can tell anyone that...the only one who would understand is Elros, and he's not there anymore)
